Inresponse to the review about limited peripherals
Firstly, a response to the review a page or so down about limited peripherals in video games:
Dude. First you're bitching about a small part in the game where you have to use just the arrow keys, and that you didn't get an option between WASD and the arrow keys. That's (partly) understandable, if only because it's still in relation to the game at hand. Y'know, the flash game. The game that takes up 8.6 megabytes on newgrounds' server, created entirely by a single author.
Then you segue into how you refuse to buy a wii and play any of the new games on it because they "force" you to play it with a "fucking wand," and that a mouse is a "better peripheral" for FPSs. Aside from the fact that that is COMPLETELY UNRELATED to the FLASH GAME that is RIGHT ABOVE THE REVIEWS, that is fucking retarded. I bet that, were you alive when great games like Duke Nukem 3D and Monkey Island were released, you would have bitched about them ADDING a mouse peripheral, demanding your numpad and command lines back.
You say that you would support the consoles more if they added a mouse and keyboard. I can at least respect you because you aren't bitching about 60fps and higher-rez textures, but that's as far as it goes.
Maybe if you had grown up on a variety of games and gaming systems, you wouldn't feel this way, and you might even be willing to try Nintendo's "fucking wand." Oh, and trust me: by not playing masterpieces like Super Mario Galaxy, Skyward Sword, Metroid Prime 3 and other great titles on the Wii, you are missing out big-time.
ANYWAY.
Back to the FLASH GAME that this review should be about.
The influence of Limbo is so obvious that I have to take at least one point off, but everything else that is added, including the extra surreality that even Limbo lacked, more than deserves the rest of the points.
The art style is really pretty, even though it's really hard at times to discern certain items from the background.
The story is confusing. I don't get why, after being helped out by the huge dinosaur thing, and then helped out again by the dude in the boat, he would murder the other guy who helped him for his eye. Maybe he wasn't supposed to be a good guy in the beginning, but that was just unnecessarily cruel.
Even for its few shortcomings, and its relatively short length, this is still a good game. 9/10

I LOVE YOU TOO!
Although I'm not terribly good at it, I really, really like this game. I love the graphics, the gradual blood build-up on the spike-trap's teeth, the little orgasmic look it (she? he? do spiketraps have genders?) gets whenever it smashes it. You can definitely relate with her/his/its dilemma. Nice job.

Amazing, except...
The DF:Outbreak series is definitely one of my favorites. Just a few suggestions for improvements:
-While the story is very good, I might recommend going over it with your voice actor a couple of times. There are a couple of words that are more UK-English, such as "boot" and "torch." They just sound a little out-of-place with a voice actor that has an American accent. Replacing them with "trunk" and "flashlight" might help set the mood better.
-The blur effect in the background was really cool at first, but after a while it really started messing with my eyes. The background art is neat, and I don't think it needs the blur.
-One last thing: Jesse needs to loosen his voice up a little bit. Sometimes he just sounds a bit too "dark and srs." For example, in the ending where Ox shoots you, I read it both without sound and then in Jesse's voice. It's kind of comedic, obnoxious almost. But when Jesse reads it, he's so completely straightforward that I think a little of the wit is lost in translation.
That's it. I really, really like this series, and I hope Jagged Blade Software releases more games in the future.

Fuck yeah!
Dude, that was kickass. My face is melting now. I need to get at least a good amp before mine sounds anything like that. All I have is a crappy custom that I'm borrowing from some other guy.. _\m/
Thanks for the review man. I'll tell you a secret. There is no amp here. At all.
I plug my guitar straight in to my "line in". I recorded in cubase, and use "Guitar Rig" software to apply the distortion. Thats it, bro.
Thanks for the review and support man. Glad you l.ike the tune!

Goddammit, man. GODDAMMIT.
I didn't laugh at all. I didn't even smile once.
The jokes were shitty and immature, and they sounded like you were talking to yourself THE WHOLE. DAMN. TIME.
That game was a piece of ART. You would have achieved the same effect if you had just animated yourself urinating all over your copy of the game.
2/10 for decent drawings.
